Hans Mallari (@hanstomatoketchup) is a Filipina ex-pat in Dubai with a multi-hyphenated background in advertising, production and marketing. She wears her social awkwardness and oddball personality as a badge of honour, together with her inconsistent fashion sense, which is influenced by anything independent, strange, quirky or unique, with a tinge of Japanese minimalist aesthetic. She's a massive fan of pioneer women's streetwear brands like Leah McSweeney's Married to the Mob and Lanie Alabanza-Barcena's Hellz Bellz since their inception in the early to mid-2000s and both of whom she looks up to. Her hobbies include collecting pieces by female contemporary artists such as Tara McPherson, Fafi and Yuka Chocomoo - and dressing her three cat daughters in cosplay. A self-described shy and regular person and really just a fan of the culture, she'll be more than happy to share a conversation, teach and learn.
